Light and fluffy, these hushpuppies are made with white cornmeal, fresh whole kernel sweet corn, diced jalapeño peppers and onions, parsley and our signature blend of natural spices. Bake or fry them up for a crisp outside, a soft inside and tastiness all around.

Internal temperature should reach 165˚F.

BAKE
Convection Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400˚F. Arrange frozen hushpuppies on baking sheet, place on center rack of oven. Bake 7-9 minutes to desired color and crispness. Let stand three minutes before serving.
DEEP FRYING
Thaw for 30 minutes. Deep fry at 325˚F. for 2-3 minutes to desired color and crispness. Let stand three minutes before serving.
